Refund Policy

The Bearadise planning committee makes financial decisions based on registrations and the timeliness of money deposited into the Bearadise event account. We realize events happen in each person’s life that can cause a sudden change in plans to attend the event. Below are the refund policy guidelines to which our event staff will follow.

Refunds will be subject to a 10% administration fee. No refund request will be processed if the item has not settled. Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days of receipt of written request for refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment mechanism unless noted otherwise.

Attendee fees will be refunded per the following schedule:

  • Requests received up to and including June 30th, 2021 will receive a full refund of the hotel, event registrations, and any excursions amount paid less a 10% administrative fee and Ticketing Service Fee/Convenience Fee. NO REFUNDS will be given on or after July 1st, 2021.

If the situation arises that we must cancel Bearadise 2021 due to COVID or any natural disaster, or Government order, you will be refunded fully or given the option to roll your registration over to the next scheduled event.
